Every year Tudor & Stuart Ireland hosts speakers from Ireland and beyond to present their research at a two day conference. This year's conference features plenary addresses by Professor Alexandra Walsham (Cambridge) and Professor Marie-Louise Coolahan (NUI Galway), as well as research presentations on a diverse range of topics to include:
- Bram Stoker and the undead history of Williamite Ireland
- Gender, sexual violence, and English construction of the Irish threat in the 1640s
- The Wild Geese 1690-97: Fact or Fantasy?
- A habit of return: Irish Franciscan friaries 1539-1650
