Old Drogheda Society
Droichead Arts Centre is delighted to inform you that the Drogheda International Classical
Music Series will return this Friday 11th September with two musical
giants, pianist Finghin Collins and violinist Ilya Gringolts.
Now in its fourth
season, this series will have
a total of 7 concerts between September and March, with many highlights
including a solo piano recital by John O’Conor, an Opera Gala with
international soprano Celine Byrne and Handel’s Messiah with the Irish Baroque Orchestra in association with Ruby

addition to the concerts, we’re pleased to be able to support a new Learning
Programme in partnership with the Julianstown Youth Orchestra which will enable
the young players to benefit from the experience of many of the visiting
musicians. This programme will commence on Thursday with string players
