Four Courts Lecture
The
Courts Centenary Commemoration Committee continues its lecture series with a
talk titled ‘Scrambling for the bones of the Patriot Dead’ – Commemorating the
Rising 1916-2016.

commemorated over the last 100 years. The speaker will be Professor Diarmaid
Ferriter of University College Dublin.

Ceannt Commemoration
"Éamonn Ceannt, the Piper: Cultural Politics in early 20th
Century Ireland": A bi-lingual event with
the Dublin Pipers' Club. Members of Ná Píobairí Uilleann will perform
traditional airs and tunes with an accompanying presentation on the history of
the Dublin Pipers' Club and Ná Píobairí Uilleann.
